The Dia de los Muertos is a mezcal-based drink fortified with Fabrizia Blood Orange, a liqueur that’s handmade in Salem, N.H. That sweet, rich citrus makes the grapefruit juice in the drink taste all the more intense, so it can hold its own against the mezcal’s deep smokiness.
