THE LEMON JOURNEY

Our lemons are hand picked in our groves at peak ripeness during a 5 month harvest time. The lemons are cleaned with zero application of wax.

Shipped from Sicily directly to our facility in southern New Hampshire. Every lemon is inspected upon arrival, washed again, and peeled.

Sicilian Lemons Used To Make Fabrizia Limoncello

THE FABRIZIA DIFFERENCE

Our Sicilian lemons are grown in a perfect micro climate in south eastern Sicily under Europe's largest active volcano, Mt. Etna. The rich volcanic soil and warm winds from the Mediterranean Sea produce the most fragrant lemons in the world!

The Zest is then infused in 190 proof grain alcohol, which produces the beautiful golden color found in our limoncello.

The remainder of the lemon is then juiced to form the foundation of our canned cocktails.
