– 1.5 oz Fabrizia’s Crema Di Limoncello
– 1.5 oz Apple Brandy
– 0.5 oz oleo saccharum
– 1 dash orange bitters
– 1 egg white

Dry shake ingredients without ice to create froth. Shake again with ice. Double strain into Collins glass. Top with soda to create foam.
