- 1/2 cup Fabrizia’s Crema Di Limoncello
- 1 quart of Vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 cup Lemon curd
- 1 Teaspoon Lemon juice
- Soften the vanilla ice cream.
- Mix all of the ingredients together.
- Place the mixture back into the empty ice cream quart and refreeze overnight.
- Blend the ice cream (add tiny amounts of milk until desired consistency).
- Decorate as desired and ENJOY!!
