Nick is the master-mind behind every switch, pump, tank, and process at the Fabrizia facility. In the early days he would recruit friends to work nights and weekends producing product. As the company and production process has grown, he has managed to always keep us one step ahead. His most notable achievement is finding the lemon peeling machine in Scafati, Italy which has brought our production efficiency to the next level.
