Pistachios In Paradise

*Please note that the order of ingredients makes all the difference with this recipe, otherwise it will curdle. I made it several ways and it never curdled when pouring the citrus into the shaker first, then liqueur, then rum.
- 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
- 2 oz Fabrizia Crema di Pistacchio
- 1 1/2 oz aged rum (I used Appleton Estate Signature Blend)
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and fill with ice. Shake until chilled, then strain into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with fresh mint, and an edible flower, if desired.
