Watermelon Blood Orange Liquere Sgroppino

Makes 2 drinks
In blender, combine:
- 6 fl oz (3/4c) Blood Orange Liquere by @fabrizia_limoncello
- 1 heaping cup ice
BLEND for 5-10 seconds to incorporate ice, then add:
- 2 containers (12oz) Watermelon Italian Ice by @luigisrealitalianice
- 8 fl oz (1c) seltzer, chilled
BLEND for 3-5 seconds, just until all ingredients are well-incorporated.
POUR into glass and GARNISH with fresh mint, if desired. SERVE with a straw.🍹
(Note: Once in the glass, the drink may separate over time, so just stir it occasionally.) 🍉🍋
