Fabrizia’s Lemon Loaf Cake

Glaze recipe
* 1/4 cup Fabrizia Limoncello
* 1 stick of butter
* 1 cup of sugar

Lemon Loaf Cake
* 1 box of lemon cake mix
* 1 box instant lemon pudding mix
* 4 eggs
* 1/2 cup vegetable oil
* 1/2 cup fresh squeezed lemon
* 1/2 cup Fabrizia Limoncello

Mix all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl until fully mixed and clump free.

Pour mixture into a loaf pan and bake on 350 for 50 minutes. At around 40 minutes stick a toothpick in to check if it’s done. If the toothpick comes out clean, it’s done. If not, bake the remaining 10 minutes.

While your cake is baking, make the glaze. Melt 1 stick of butter and sugar over medium heat until sugar is melted. Remove from heat and mix in 1/4 cup Fabrizia Limoncello.

When your cake is done, let cool for 10 minutes before pouring the glaze over the top of the cake.
