2oz bourbon with rosemary and graham cracker infusion
3/4oz Fabrizia limoncello
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Top with limoncello foam (Fabrizia limoncello cream liqueur and heavy cream 1:2 ratio in the iSi with n2o cream charger)
Garnish: graham cracker
